Attatch Floaters on each GRIPs, and load ballast water in the hull until Semi-Submersible condition.

• In Towing condition, waterplane area is large. And the platform makes big motions along the waves.
• In Semi-Submersible condition, waterplane area is relatively small. And the platform makes small motions.
